Personal data protection
In accordance with Regulation No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, on the protection of personal data (GDPR) and related regulations as amended, Hybernia a.s. guarantees to maintain confidentiality of personal data of the customer and to provide sufficient protection so that unauthorized or accidental access to personal data, their alteration, destruction or loss, unauthorized transfers or processing, as well as other misuse of personal data cannot occur. It will not be sold or transferred to a third party and will be used only for the purposes of Hybernia a.s.
Hybernia a.s. processes personal data for the purpose of concluding and fulfilling the rights and obligations arising from the contract.
The personal data processed is provided with the highest standard of protection in accordance with the legal regulations on the protection of personal data.
Hybernia a.s. processes personal data in the exact form in which it receives them from the customer, in accordance with the stated purpose for which they are processed and to the extent necessary to fulfil such purpose, and keeps them only for the time necessary for the purpose of their processing.
Hybernia a.s. complies with the principles of personal data processing, i.e.: lawfulness, fairness, transparency, purpose limitation, data minimization, accuracy, storage limitation, integrity and confidentiality.
