The Czech king of swing, Jan Smigmator, returns to the stage of the Hybernia Theatre to present an exclusive Christmas concert on Frank Sinatra’s birthday, accompanied by his top-class Big Band (18 jazz musicians), following on from his triumphant birthday gala concert at Prague’s O2 Universum (29 April 2026), two concert tours with legendary saxophonist Scott Hamilton (2023, 2026), a series of completely sold-out performances in Japan at the World Expo (June 2025), and his debut at the iconic Carnegie Hall in New York (29 April 2023) .

The brand-new concert programme will feature Christmas classics from The Great American Songbook, Frank Sinatra and Tony Bennett’s most famous songs, an orchestral tribute to Glenn Miller, as well as tracks from Jan Smigmator’s latest album Here and Now, released this April by Universal Music. There will also be original Christmas songs such as Čtyři svíce and Král sněhuláků, and you can look forward to Smigmator’s Czech version of the famous My Way – Za svým snem jít.

As is customary at Jan Smigmator’s concerts, there will be several unexpected surprises this time too, which will make this evening an unforgettable experience.
