Prices and Discounts
With a ZTP/P (severe health disability requiring a guide) card, You can buy a ticket for 190 CZK. The discounted tickets can be purchased only through our sales department at vstupenky@hybernia.eu. The discount does not apply for your guide.
Family entrance ticket
We offer family tickets for the performance Czech Traditional Christmas Carols Concert:
- Family entrance – 1.799 CZK (2 adults, 2 children) – price category III. (Row 3 – 9)
- Family entrance – 1.399 CZK (2 adults, 2 children) – price category III. (Row 12 – 19)
- Family entrance – 1.299 CZK (2 adults, 2 children) – price category IV. (Row 20 – 24)

VALIDITY OF THE GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers purchased at the ticket office are always valid until 31 December of the year they were bought during. Online vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
GENERAL INFORMATION
When the gift voucher is expired, no refund is possible. If you buy tickets at a higher value than is the ticket price you are buying, it is necessary to pay the amount difference. If you buy tickets for less than is the gift voucher's value, we do not refund the money. Neither meal vouchers nor benefit credits can be used to purchase gift vouchers.
The gift vouchers can be used for performances in the production of the Hybernia Theatre. They do not apply to booked or guest performances and rentals.

HOW TO REDEEM E-VOUCHERS (COUPONS) WHEN SHOPPING ONLINE
When shopping online, click on the "Redeem Coupon" field in the Payment Method step of the checkout process, enter the coupon number and confirm with a "+" sign. The value of the coupon will be deducted from the total price of the purchase and the remaining amount will be paid by card online. Multiple coupons can be redeemed for one purchase.
The voucher cannot be redeemed after its expiry date and its validity cannot be extended. When the voucher expires, the value is non-refundable. The voucher cannot be returned or exchanged for money. Once the code is redeemed, the voucher becomes invalid. Neither food coupons nor benefit credits can be used to purchase vouchers.
