On February 11, 2026, Prague will become the venue for an exceptional musical experience. As part of the One Day Jazz Festival, world-renowned singer, bassist, double bassist, composer, and five-time GRAMMY Award winner Esperanza Spalding will perform at the Hybernia Theater.

Esperanza Spalding is known for her relentless desire to experiment and combine jazz with elements of improvisation, poetry, dance, and music therapy. Her work transcends genres and inspires audiences around the world. She is currently releasing a new album, “Milton + esperanza,” created in collaboration with Brazilian music legend Milton Nascimento.

Esperanza Spalding has released eight full-length albums and collaborated with icons such as Wayne Shorter, Q-Tip, Janelle Monáe, Robert Glasper, and Terri Lyne Carrington. Her previous projects, “12 Little Spells” and “Songwrights Apothecary Lab,” won GRAMMY Awards for Best Jazz Vocal Album.
