About the inscenation
Roman Vojtek’s musical one-man show, which certainly does not spare humour. Roman will take you on an incredible journey full of comical situations and touching moments, but above all he will prove that he is a truly versatile artist. Right in front of the audience’s eyes, he transforms into about ten other characters, shows off his great musical and dancing skills, and also circles the stage about fifteen more times. He will reveal the mysterious phenomenon of parenthood in an exaggerated and very original way.
This comedy will show you that at some point in life, everyone is a bit of a failure, but you are not alone and everyone is the same! It’s not the preparation that matters, it’s the attitude!

VIP tickets (10th and 11th row) include a backstage tour including a visit to the terrace with a beautiful view of Prague. The tour takes place after the performance.

In his role, Vojtek guides the audience through the entire story and portrays not only the father himself, but also other characters. His acting is convincing and full of energy.
New Dad is an original and entertaining look at pregnancy and fatherhood, it manages to entertain the audience but also remind them that parenthood is sometimes full of unexpected situations and emotions.
The laugh-out-loud comedy starts as a presentation, but turns into a reenactment of scenes learned from life, where I guess everyone recognizes themselves. I enjoyed the interactions with the audience and all the guy sports references, plus the twenty different characters Roman Vojtek played alongside his lead.
