About the inscenation

Classical ballet by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky performed by students and graduates of the Prague Dance Conservatory.

With the first notes of Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky’s music, the stage comes to life and turns into a fairy-tale kingdom. Get ready for a nighttime adventure where dreams come true. Little Clara receives an extraordinary figurine for Christmas – the Nutcracker. Little does she know that at the stroke of midnight her toy will wake up and take her on an extraordinary and long journey. Together they embark on an expedition to a magical world, where the Nutcracker fights as a brave prince against the evil Mouse King. Their journey takes them to the Kingdom of Snowflakes, where dance creates a fragile and sparkling landscape, they travel through exotic landscapes full of butterflies and birds and finally to the Kingdom of the Christmas Fairy. There, a rich palette of colors, music and dances awaits Clara.

The Nutcracker ballet is full of pure joy, love and the magic of Christmas. Immerse yourself with us in a world where imagination knows no bounds and where even the most ordinary toy can become a hero.
