A concert commemorating the life and work of one of the Czech kings of melody, Karel Svoboda. The evening will feature popular, musical, and film melodies by the master in original arrangements, both instrumental and a cappella. The sensitive interpretation of the master’s work was provided by his long-time colleague, student, and court arranger Jiří Škorpík and an orchestra of soloists in his original production. Performers will include Petr Kolář, Bohuš Matuš, Lenka Nová, Dušan Kollár, Ladislav Korbel, Karolina Otevřelová, Lukáš Janota, Marie Němcová, Adam Koubek, Markéta Amerighi, Gabriela Vermelho, and others.

The concert will be hosted by actor and presenter Dalibor Gondík.
