It is not necessary to say that both of these ensembles are among the legends of the Czech music scene. Their songs have been bringing joy to listeners for more than fifty years and during that time many musicians and singers have collaborated with them. Jiří Pavlica, who now heads the Czech band Hradišťan, was also a member of the Javors for some time. What made them famous are the character and content of the songs, their melodies and inspirational sources, and last but not least the human aspect – a friendly and sincere approach to the audience. Maybe that’s why both bands decided to organize several concerts together with a special program, in which they will present themselves together and many new songs and musical arrangements will be performed.
